Meet the Team
Danielle Schalin
Operations Sensation
Danielle thrives on all things related to organizational processes! She is passionate about serving others, learning, and finding ways to make business processes simple and fun. With experience working in the non-profit, corporate and small business world, she has gained the skills and passion to organize all things business. She loves solving problems in the most strategic way possible. When not working, she is at the gym, building her virtual assistant coaching business, or spending time with family and friends.
Greg Algarin-Marquez
Really Wonderful Technician
Greg has been working with computers since his days in high school, despite wanting to be a guitar-wielding rock star. He still plays occasionally but now spends most of his time solving tech issues and recommending solutions to those in need. He ended up working for Apple as a Genius in the Boston area before moving to NYC to open the flagship Fifth Avenue store in 2006. A lover of baseball and all things arts-related, Greg is also known to prepare a Thanksgiving meal that those who have partaken in still talk about months later.
Archie Arechiga
Really Wonderful Technician
Growing up in Southern California, Archie was always a tinkerer, pulling apart electronics, learning about each component and repairing as needed. Because of this, it was only natural that Archie started working at the Apple Store, repairing MacBooks and iPhones. After 12 years, Archie left Apple to pursue a career in Corporate IT/Cybersecurity. When Archie isn’t protecting enterprise computer networks, he is playing guitar in an indie rock band, traveling with his girlfriend looking for the world’s best coffee, and riding his bicycle around Brooklyn.
Glen Feinstein
Really Wonderful Technician
Glen grew up in the Chicago suburbs of the John Hughes-iverse before moving to New York to pursue his career as an actor and voiceover artist. He has always loved building and thinking outside the box. This helped him during his time at Apple where he was a Genius for 8 years. When not advising on tech trends, resolving issues, or putting himself on other screens you can find him cooking with/for his wife in Queens, and hanging out with their dog Brady.
Mara Jill Herman
Really Wonderful Technician
Mara started working with Apple products at age 13 in the Student Television Arts Company. With 15 years of combined experience in international theater, nonprofit organizations, and Apple's Genius Bar, leading with empathy is at Mara’s core. She produces music videos and merges her technical prowess with her theatrical roots at the intersection of art and education (think Schoolhouse Rock! meets Crazy Ex-Girlfriend). She is the founder of Technotherapy NYC, a 1:1 service for iOS/MacOS training and creative consultation.
Samual Jih
Really Wonderful Technician
Samual is wired to efficiently organize anything he comes across. He dreams categorically. He walks diagonally across the traffic intersections for optimal efficiency. If you have a digital task that seems daunting or a series of tasks that's taking up a lot of time, it's probably something he can help with. Having completed projects for Fortune 500 companies as a management consultant and helped build small businesses in Operation roles, he relishes the opportunity to streamline people's lives.
Jacqueline Keeley
Really Wonderful Technician
Jacqueline is originally from LA, and she has been living in NYC for almost a decade now. She moved to the city for Broadway, and continues to work as an actress (when there isn’t a global pandemic going on!). After spending 5 years working as a tech for Apple, she moved on to working as a running coach (coachkeeley.com) and financial coach, so she spends a lot of her time helping people learn new skills. She lives in Queens with her adorable but grumpy cat Frank, and loves singing silly songs and watching Drag Race with her partner Jason.
Paul Mancini
Really Wonderful Technician
Paul is a gamer, builder, and techie, originally from Flushing, Queens. Paul loves building awesome gaming PC's and arcade machines. First built a gaming PC at 15 years old. Started working for Tekserve in 2015 till the day it shut its doors forever. After Tekserve Paul worked at another Apple Premium service provider for another three years. Now Paul now provides IT from an ivy league college and currently lives in Sussex New Jersey and enjoys walking his English bulldog around the lake down the block from his home.
Leo da Silva
Really Wonderful Technician
Leo has an extensive background in audio and video. A born thinker and problem solver, his skills have served him well as an early adopter of a varied range of technologies. Combining his techie inclinations with his love of music, he obtained degrees in Recording Arts and Music Technology.

Leo is an Apple Master Trainer, licensed drone pilot and a lover of the outdoors. He is also passionate about sustainable energy; just ask him about his ideas for the home of the future!
Ryan Kermit Bailer
Founder & Technician*
Ryan is the owner, founder and lead tech for RBS. He is passionate about finding ways to help people use technology so that they can get things done. When not reading the latest blog or Macworld magazine, he can be found watching Frasier (favorite character is Kenny), The West Wing (Leo), Michigan football (Harbaugh) and/or spending time with his friends and family.
