FAQs

How do I book an appointment?

The easiest way to request an appointment is to call or email us.  If you are familiar with our services, booking online through the website is a great option as well.

Where are you located?

Our team of technicians is based in NYC.  We don't let geography get in the way -- we regularly travel to our clients' homes & businesses out-of-state (or country!). 

Do you service the Hamptons?

Most definitely!
Many of our clients have homes & businesses outside of New York City, outside of New York State, and even out of the States.
 
The Hamptons is one of our most frequent stops.

How do you bill for services?

If you are looking for general tech support, we bill either hourly or offer recurring maintenance plans.  For large projects (moves, installs, large renovations), we will provide an estimate.

Do you have remote services?

Yes, we do.  We'd love to help you remotely and can walk you through how to use remote communication if you are new to it.  

How far out do you book?

We keep our calendar open for urgent appointments and take care to respond to scheduling requests as soon as possible.
