Maintenance Plans

We offer all of our above tech support & project services with the option of a simplified maintenance plan.  For our maintenance plans, we provide recurring support based on the services you need on a monthly basis.

When should I consider a maintenance plan?

  • Clients who use our services on a recurring basis (4-5x/year or more) prefer the ease of maintenance plan organization and payment.

  • You use (or would like to use) our emergency hotline & messaging support line frequently. The maintenance plan removes the hassle of individual service charges.

  • You are looking for proactive tech services in addition to the reactive fixes & troubleshooting.

  • You have multiple homes/businesses that you'd like to service and are looking for a customized plan.
